Participation Modalities at IWSAI 2026
IWSAI 2026 offers three registration modalities, designed to meet the needs of authors and attendees:
- Workshop Participation (Full and Short Papers)
Accepted papers will be compiled and submitted to CEUR Workshop Proceedings for online publication. At least one author must register to ensure inclusion of the paper in the program. - Abstract Submission (no publication)
Designed for authors who wish to present preliminary results or research proposals without requesting formal publication. At least one author must register to ensure inclusion in the program and to deliver the oral or poster presentation. - General Attendance
This modality has a differentiated fee and does not include paper presentation.

Registration Procedure
Registration via Payment Platform
Step 1.
Pay the corresponding fee using the secure payment link associated with your selected modality. Once the transaction is completed, save a screenshot as proof of payment.
Step 2.
Complete the following form and attach the payment receipt. You may also request an invoice:

Important Information
- For each accepted paper, at least one author must complete registration to ensure inclusion of the paper or presentation in the event program.
- All authors will receive their presentation certificate, regardless of which author is registered.
- Each registered author will receive: event kit, access to refreshments, and a digital presenter certificate.
- If a co-author wishes to attend, they must register under the “General Attendance” modality.
