Guidelines for Authors
Those wishing to submit papers to IWSAI 2026 must carefully follow the established rules and recommendations, which are designed to ensure high editorial quality and international recognition of contributions. Participation implies compliance with criteria relating to originality, length, authorship, and format, as well as suitability for the scientific and thematic scope of the event.
Type 1: Full and short articles
IWSAI 2026 accepts the following types of previously unpublished works:
- Full papers: 10-15 pages (including references).
- Short papers: 5-9 pages (including references).
Accepted contributions will be sent for inclusion in a volume of CEUR Workshop Proceedings.

Guidelines for submission
Language: All articles must be written in English.
Format: Papers must follow the CEUR-WS formatting guidelines in a single-column layout. All authors are strongly encouraged to include their ORCID.
Number of authors: We recommend a maximum of five authors per article.
Maximum number of articles per author: Each author may participate in up to three articles.
Templates: We recommend using LaTeX to minimize subsequent adjustments. The templates can be downloaded from the following links:
Manuscript Organization: CEUR-WS does not prescribe a mandatory structure for articles. However, this workshop recommends that manuscripts adopt a clear and widely accepted organization in scientific research, such as the Introduction, Methods, Results, and Discussion (where appropriate), followed by Conclusions. Therefore, authors are free to adapt the structure of their manuscript according to the nature, objectives, and type of their contribution.

Type 2: Abstracts (Not published)
The Abstract Presentation (without publication) modality is intended for authors who wish to share preliminary results, methodological proposals, or research projects in progress, without requesting formal publication in CEUR-WS.
